The Cartell Dealer-sell program has been designed by Cartell to help our dealers with the costs of using Cartell trade services. Cartell’s trade rates are at the lowest possible and there have been no increase in trade rates since Cartell launched the first car history checking service in Ireland back in May 2006. After 5 successful years, Cartell would like to offer our valued dealers the opportunity to use Cartell trade services for FREE! The Dealer-sell program can potentially make all your History, History & Finance and UK checks FREE!
How does the Cartell® Dealer-sell program work?
Over the next few months, our sales teams will be visiting all Cartell dealers around the country. Each dealer will be given flyers, flyer show cards and a unique dealer promotional code. When a customer takes a flyer and uses your dealer code on Cartell.ie to check a vehicle, not only will the customer get a 20% discount, but you will get a free check added to your dealer trade account! For example, if a consumer purchases a Cartell 3 Star Car Check which is equivalent to an Irish History & Finance trade check, then you will have 1 free History & Finance credit on your account. Even if the customer buys a vehicle elsewhere, as long as they use your code then you will automatically get the free credit.
How will I know I have free Cartell® Dealer-sell credit?
When you log into your trade account, you will always see your balance. Next to this you will see your ‘Dealer-sell’ balance. There will be 3 types of free checks in the program.
1) Irish History
2) Irish History & Finance
3) UK HPI Check
Next to each of these checks, you will have a number which corresponds to the number of free checks in your account. When you do a Cartell Car Check and you have free credit, then your free checks will be deducted by 1 and your account balance will not be reduced saving you up to €8 a check.
How will I know when a customer has used my Dealer-sell code?
When a customer purchases a check using your dealer code, your ‘Dealer-sell’ balance will automatically increase immediately. You will also get an email notification confirming the free check has been applied to your account. There is no limit to the amount of free checks you can receive so make sure to get your special dealer code out to as many customers as possible and watch your free checks grow!
How do I get my unique Dealer-sell code?
Your unique Dealer-sell code will be issued by our sales team when they visit your dealership. They will write it on your show cards and it will always be displayed on your trade homepage.
