Vehicle history expert and named-sponsor of the Cartell.ie International Rally of the Lakes were today at Mondello Park for the launch of the Clonakilty Blackpudding Irish Tarmac Rally Championship 2016. From 9:30 the circuit was available for us and Cartell.ie needed no further invitation to enjoy the closed-circuit atmosphere. During a break for tea and coffee we got the chance to chat with some famous faces from the rally and automotive worlds including Malcolm Wilson MD, Paul Nagle of the WRC, Aaron Mc Hale and Rob Duggan. At the formal launch we listened to Paddy Flanagan, Championship Manager, David Gray, TROA Chairman, Malcolm Wilson, M.D., and Collette Twomey, Chief Executive, Clonakilty Blackpudding.
